Hygiene and Cleanliness Guidelines

Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of makeup brushes is vital, both for protecting the health of clients and for maintaining the highest quality results. As a professional makeup artist, I strictly follow hygiene protocols, including:

Daily Brush Cleaning

After each use, brushes are thoroughly cleaned with specialized cleaning products that remove makeup residues, oils, and bacteria. It’s essential to clean all brushes that have come into contact with the skin or products, as well as those exposed during the session, even if they weren’t used.

UV Sterilization

In addition to traditional cleaning methods, I use a UV sterilization cabinet. This advanced technology effectively destroys bacteria and viruses on brushes and makeup products, such as blushes, eyeshadows, and other items that are used directly from their packaging. UV sterilization ensures that every brush and product is completely clean and ready for the next use, providing extra safety.

Regular Brush Replacement

Brushes are replaced regularly to ensure they remain in excellent condition and do not retain bacteria or product residues.

Individual Brushes for Each Client

I never use the same brush on more than one client without first cleaning and sterilizing it. My collection of brushes is extensive enough to serve multiple clients safely in one day. Every client deserves to feel confident knowing that the tools used are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized.

Adhering to strict hygiene standards is not just a requirement for providing high-level professional services—it is essential for safeguarding the health of my clients.

These measures contribute to creating a safe environment, free from bacteria and microbes that could cause irritation or infections.
